1. Can I send my order to a different name or address?

Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address, you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.

 

2. What happens if I am out when you deliver?

DHL/FedEx will try to deliver your order 2 times at the delivery address you provided when placing order. If you are not available at the address both the times, driver will leave a card at your address with instructions on how you can collect your parcel from DHL/FedEx including arranging a redelivery.
