You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are safely returned back to us in a timely manner. Therefore we recommend tracked and signed service such as FedEx, UPS or DHL when sending the parcels. 

We do not provide free returns or collection service. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email and inspect the returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This is usually about 10-14 business days.

1. Can I send my order to a different name or address?

Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address, you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.

2. What happens if I am out when you deliver?

DHL/FedEx will try to deliver your order 2 times at the delivery address you provided when placing an order. If you are not available at the address both the times, the driver will leave a card at your address with instructions on how you can collect your parcel from DHL/FedEx including arranging redelivery.
